How it Works
You’ll begin by chatting with me about what you’re looking for in therapy. You don’t have to have everything sorted out; just share your hopes and expectations. I will guide you through this in a welcoming and supportive way.
After your consultation, if we are good fit, I’ll request that you fill out a new client intake forms before your first session. These forms cover some details about you and your life. It not only helps you get into the therapy mindset but also gives me valuable insights.
Afterward, you’ll collaborate with me on a personalized plan where we will set goals and prioritize what you’d like to focus on. These sessions usually occur weekly, with additional check-ins as necessary to track your progress. Since enhancing your mental well-being is a journey that demands readiness and dedication, we’ll establish a partnership that respects the goals we’ve established.
